Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirming your order. This will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. We normally confirm receipt of your order within 48 hours of ordering. 

Please note: Changes to your order are only available for 24 hours after purchase.

We will attempt to have your artwork sent by the artist and associated freight provider within three (3) business days and delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for some regional and rural areas). We will send you an email once your artwork has been shipped.

Incorrect addresses

If you supply an incorrect address (eg, the unit number is missing or part of the address is misspelled) and the item is returned, then you, the Buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item. Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it to make sure that the shipping address is correct.
