Returns and Refunds

Original art

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose your artwork carefully. 

Should you require additional photos or photos or the artwork close ups or in-situ prior to purchase, please email hello@madeleinesimon.com.au.

Prints

All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please note all photos of the artwork are as close to their actual colours as possible, however some screens may vary slightly from the actual artwork. Bear in mind also that colours generally appear lighter on screen.

Damages and issues to originals or prints

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue, and work to make things right.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during packaging (if purchasing an original or print) and printing (if purchasing a print). In the unlikely circumstance that your artwork or print is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

  • If your print was damaged, please send photos to hello@madeleinesimon.com.au WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. If it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original mailer or shipping tube. Once we have received it, we will then replace your print with an identical one.
  • If you original artwork was damaged, during transit, please send photos to hello@madeleinesimon.com.au WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. If it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original mailer or shipping tube. Once we have received it, we will then replace your print with an identical one. We will replace it with a custom original commission.

From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age and will naturally change over time. Therefore, we do not accept any returns based on artwork ageing. We seal all original artwork with a UV protectant finish to enhance its vibrancy and longevity. All prints are fine art Glicee prints and are produced on archival quality paper and canvas.
